Security Accountability is a difficult issue. How does a Customer know security is “On the Job”; who is going to “Check” on them and what is the Security Company doing to make sure their personnel are really there?
Anlance answers these age old Accountability questions in four ways:
1. Patrol vehicles are Computerized
Agents enter the location, arrival & departure times as well as any pertinent data in the computerized logs which are then reviewed by Command and Control staff.
2. Patrol vehicles have Radio and Cell Phone communication
Agents call in, either by radio or cell phone, every location both upon arrival and departure. The arrival and departure times are recorded and reviewed for accuracy against the logs.
3. Spot Checks by Command Staff
Field supervisors and Command & Control staff periodically “Spot Check” Patrols and Site Agents to verify activity, on & off site times, review Agent Security Skills and their Knowledge of each customer’s site.
4. GPS Vehicle Tracking
All Patrol and Site Vehicles have GPS Tracking. The software allows Command to see where vehicles are located, records there arrival and departure times for all facilities or locations and records the history of any vehicle or locations for future reference.
